De lente komt eraan en de zon schijnt weer vaker. Mensen bloeien op en voelen zich fitter. Maar na een winter met weinig daglicht en veel binnen zitten is je weerstand vaak laag. Ik hoor veel gesnotter en gehoest om me heen. Laatst was ik zelf ook even gevloerd. Mijn hele lichaam deed pijn en ik voelde me koortsig. Niks ernstigs, maar heel vervelend. Gelukkig kan yoga verlichting geven.

Slapen vind ik een geweldig medicijn, maar dat lukt niet met overal pijn. Dus mediteerde ik zittend. Eerst kort wat yogaoefeningen tegen de pijn. Alles zo lui mogelijk. Niet forceren, eigenlijk alleen een beetje rekken alsof je net wakker bent.
